It’s the beginning of a New Year and decade; one that will prove very important for the future of our planet. “In this new decade, every day will be crucial,” says activist and eco-warrior Greta Thunberg. “We don’t want these things done by 2050, 2030 or even 2021, we want this done now – as in right now.” Climate change is here and very real, so we are even more committed than ever to play our part in saving our beautiful planet. 1 - 2040 Damon Gameau’s much-lauded film is an upbeat documentary which highlights new approaches to climate change. The filmmaker travelled the world to discover the best solutions to improve the planet, and the beauty is they are already available to us and can be shifted into the mainstream. There’s plenty here to feel hopeful and positive about.
