If you don’t absolutely love our products the first time you order them, you can return the product to us for a full refund. We will even compensate the return shipping fees. Please email our customer care team at info@pureplanetclub.com with your order number and the reason for your return as we will take your feedback onboard and improve for your next order with us.
Please note: guarantee applies to “mostly unused” products. For example if you have used more than 25% of a product, we are unable to accept your return.
Our satisfaction guarantee applies to your first order only. If you have previously ordered the product from Pure Planet Club, we unfortunately are unable to refund your order under this guarantee. This does not apply to subsequent orders that are deemed faulty or defected, which will be analyzed on a case by case basis.
Pure Planet Club reserves the right to reject return requests under this guarantee at our discretion. We will only enact this right in instances of abuse of the guarantee or other extreme circumstances.
