Wellness Ins for 2025

A list of everything you can add to your selfcare routine and rituals or your lifestyle. We suggest trying one a week to figure out what works for you.

Green tea instead of coffee

Reducing your caffeine intake is great for your gut and heart health. Plus green tea has great anti-aging properties and can make your skin appear more glowy and hydrated.

40 mins of movement daily

Yoga and pilates are my personal favourites. There are so many great routines online, or go for a hot girl walk in the sunshine

Read before bed

Spark your creativity and curiosity with a classic novel or educational nonfiction. Reducing screen time and before bed is also proven to help you get to sleep easier and stay asleep longer.

Rose-hip oil

This one is new for me and I adore it. Add rose-hip oil to your self care routine before moisturiser for the most hydrated and calmed skin - organic rose-hip oil smells incredible and reduces any redness or textures for a glowy finish.

Drinking less

Why do we drink so much? Is it for the enjoyment of a glass of wine? Social pressures or emotional escapes? Try finding resolutions to these pressures from other sources. See what happens when you drink less. Save alcohol for celebrations and special occasions or go sober for a month, and see how your mind and body change.

Amethyst

While some might not believe in the healing power of crystals, crystals act as physical reminders of the intention we set with them. Amethyst is widely known for its calming properties. I find entrusting the crystal with this ability allows me to focus on the objective of creating a sense of peace. There’s security in trusting you’re walking around with a little piece of peace in your pocket.

Beach Days

Nothing is quite as soothing as diving beneath rolling waves on a sunny day. 2025 is my year of beach trips with friends and watching the sunrise over the horizon.

No phone for 1hr in the mornings

This one is tricky but oh so rewarding. Try using a physical alarm clock or put your phone far from your bed. Replace the habit of using your phone with something rewarding like stretching, gratitude journaling or reading. And build these activities into a morning routine. Make sure to turn off notifications and use apps to lock your phone for extra help!
